These 5-day courses, spanning an entire working week, comprise both theory sessions and hands-on training.

SEM & Small DualBeam Courses

The 3-day Scanning Electron Microscopy courses are scheduled throughout the year for all FEI SEM and Small DualBeam instruments.

Course Material

FEI Academy is using dedicated material to support the theoretical and practical sessions.

All course material will be available at the moment the course starts.

EDAX Operators School

If EDX training is needed, several microanalysis Operators Schools will be organized at the European EDAX Office in Tilburg, The Netherlands.

Certificate

Each participant that has fully attended the course will personally receive a course certificate, signed by the FEI Academy Europe manager and the course tutor.
